Aerobics is a form of fat burning physical exercise that can be done indoors outdoors at Home or Gym, it doesn't really matter as long as you get moving.
Not to mention that it strengthens the heart muscle as well as allowing healthy blood flow through the body. That puts it in an extreme importance for a fully functioning healthy body.

But there are much in depth exercise which are a set of workouts done with either weights or without and are simple easy workouts here is a combination of workouts to start this series with:
- 20 Jumping Jack
- 10 Squats
- 10 March Steps
- 10 Knee to elbow
- 10 Lunge Steps
- 20 Side Leg Raises (Both legs each 10 reps)
- 20 High Knee
- 20 Jumping Jacks
- 10 March Steps
Repeat these sets as your desire but make sure never to stay where you are increasing the sets will be more beneficial and maintain a healthy body in general.
